Managing Director, Matthew Chater began his surveying career in 1986 where he initially trained in London with Weatherall Green and Smith (Now ATIS REAL) becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor in 1991.
During his early years, Matthew worked in Hong Kong and Germany where he was instrumental in establishing business relationships between Weatherall Green and Smith and First Pacific Davis (Hong Kong) in 1990 and latterly, Savills/FPD in 1994.
Matthew has also worked with such names as Jones Lang La Salle; he has over 22 years of extensive agency, valuation, professional and investment experience in UK and Europe.
In 2001 Matthew established MCA Ltd providing investment advice to major PLC’s, property companies, private individuals and overseas investors.
Since establishment we have acted on more than £150 million of acquisitions (all sectors), and sold over £100 million worth of commercial property.
The company has recently moved to East Anglia where it has diversified its operations and is now advising on EPC work to the commercial sector throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and the South-East.
